Jackson and his daughter Jessica, Graham is originally from Harehills in Leeds but now lives in Yeadon.
For 25 years he was a mechanic by trade, he opened Superbikes in February 2013.
The burger van in the background is mainly the concern of Jessica, seen here with Graham.
