Comment	Womersley’s Central Stores which was situated on the High Street, the left window is at the corner with Town Hall Square. A vast assortment of clothing, hardware, fancy goods and food is on offer, a sign for “Bovril” is in the doorway. The left section of the shop has been a dry cleaners , Tea Room and now a double glazing company(Nov 2021). Original image on a glass slide taken by E E Slater, digitally transferred by John Hobson.
