Comment Victoria Road looking towards Otley Road, this is a carnival float for Hobson’s construction company. The young man holding the horse is thought to be the father of Tom Crooks who had a jewellers shop on Springfield Road, which later became Bolton’s. Donated by John Wheatley and enhanced by Ken Roberts.
