Comment First and second images showing before and after – P M G Thorpe were based here, they manufactured electrical equipment for the motor industry, the company relocated to Bridlington in 1971/72, Silver Cross of Guiseley bought the works in 1972 and operated a subsidiary business from here, all office work was done from the main site in Guiseley. The site was sold for redevelopment in 1986, the first new properties to be built on the site were Springfield Court followed by Coppice Grange off Coppice Wood Avenue. Photographer Brian Triffitt.
