Jennifer Inskip Kirkby: Would that not be the Aireborough chain of office, looking at the detail of it?
Susan Wilkinson: I’d say so – looks like the Yeadon coat of arms bottom, cross is likely to be Guiseley and the other one is the Rawdon crest.
A large version of the Yeadon one was displayed above the stage in Yeadon Town Hall – I remember when it was installed – a girl from my husband’s school in Morley painted it. There was an article in the paper at the time.
