View of Victoria Avenue which is part of Harrogate Road. This section of the road had trees planted on both sides to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897 and was named in Her honour.

This crossroads used to be called Crown Point.
Harrogate Road runs horizontally across the centre, the Long Stoop is just out of sight on the left.
Warren House Lane runs from Harrogate Road to the horizon, Warren House Farm is on the right. In the foreground is Whitehouse Lane which leads to Leeds Bradford Airport. After major alterations to the road system in the early 1980s when the Airport runway was extended, a roundabout was built here.

On the right is the entry to the Flying area of Yeadon Airport, Garage on left belonged to a character known as “Scarborough Jack”
