Comment Letter from Lewis Smith with an advertisement for Wincarnis Tonic Wine. Printed across the top is the declaration: “The Great Tonic and Restorative. Stands Highest in Public Opinion. From Lewis Smith, Wine and Spirit Merchant, Commercial Buildings, Guiseley” Written on the letter is: “If those Cotton bags for Bread Meal has come in send 5 stones and 2 stones med. oatmeal and 2 x 1/2 bags no 1 pigeon corn. Lewis Smith” On the left is a crest “By Special Appointment To Their Majesties The King And Queen of Spain” To the right of the bottle a double stamp with the wording “Awarded Gold Medal Franco British Exhibition 1908” The bottom line states “Recommended by thousands of the Medical Profession. Over 8,000 Testimonials Received”
