Comment The church was built in 1839 by William Rookes Crompton Stansfield of Esholt Hall. It cost £800 and was intended to be used as a private family chapel, since 1983 it has been in the combined parish of Guiseley with Esholt. It cost £800 to build and was not consecrated until 1853.
