Canada Road Street Party – 1953
A street party to celebrate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, 2nd in from the left wearing a dark jacket is Judith M Wood. Standing 3rd in from the right at the back is Mary Rhodes, the location is the garden of Springfield House off Canada Road. Originally it was the farmhouse for land on which the Canada estate was built, across the field down from Larkfield Dam.
