Comment | Creditors John Lupton of Yeadon, Clothier, having assigned all his Estates and Effects unto John Booth of Rawden, Gent, Hugh Marshall of Horsforth, Gent and Sam. Grimshaw of Rawden, Woolstapler, in Trust for the benefit of themselves and the other Creditors of the said John Lupton. This Is To Give NOTICE that all and every the Creditors of the said John Lupton are desired to send in an Account of the Debts due to them respectively from the said John Lupton unto some of the said Trustees, on or before the 22nd Day of this Instant June, in order that a Dividend of the said Effects may be as soon as possible made. And such of the said Creditors who shall neglect to send such an Account as above , will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend “.
