Comment The 14th Airedale Scout and Guide Fair, a stall selling Christmas cards and wrapping paper. Some names have been supplied: Graham Kirkbright, Stewart Rooney, Philip Slater, Catherine Buttle, Keith Webster, J Leach, Tim Leach, Gillian Brewer and Rachel Buttle.

Cub Scout Paul Dodsworth is opening the new Scout Headquarters for the 16th Airedale (Yeadon Methodist) Scouts.
This building is in the vicinity of the church.

Outside the old Methodist Church on Oxford Road are the Scouts, Guides, Brownies and Cubs with their leaders. The church was demolished in 1985 and by 1986 the present church had been built on the site.

The Scout Hut is located on the Green, it had been flooded during the torrential rain which fell over the Christmas period.
