| Comment | Situated on Oxford Road, this was the original Wesleyan Methodist Church built in 1896, the fabric of the building had deteriorated to such an extent that it was demolished in 1985 and the present church immediately erected on the site. |

The four images show the church in winter after snow had fallen.

A poignant reminder is the hymn board with the numbers of the hymns which were sung during the last service.

The existing Church was immediately built on the site of the old one.
