Andrew Tate ‘This is a bungalow at the bottom of Markham Avenue.
There is a stream that runs down in between Markham Avenue and Belmont Grove.
It is fed from the fields at the Yeadon side of “The Billing”.
The stream eventually passes under the avenue and goes across Harrogate Road over to Benton Park Drive and onto Green Lane.’
