W Stott – Draper/Outfitter – 1909

This draper’s shop was situated next to Rawnsley’s bakehouse which was next to the old Co-op stores, Jack Fulton Frozen Food shop. (July 2012)

Warrens Garage

Situated on Green Lane, the building is decorated with bunting for the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, on June 2nd 1953. It is still a garage, now the business of Aldridge Brothers.

Waterworks

ituated on Whack House Lane, this former waterworks building has been occupied by West Yorkshire Glazing (UK). There is also a “To Let” notice on the wall.
