| Comment | Carlo Harrison – Ian White contacted me to show me a drawing he had done of Yeadon Town Hall back in 2006. As you know, I believe that all history is important history and so I want to record this event. |
A Signwriter from Guiseley, Ian White had put his artistic talents to use to brighten up the bar at Yeadon Town Hall.
Amateur thespian Ian appeared in the panto Goldilocks and the Three Bears at Yeadon Town Hall in 2006 playing Goldilocks’ brother Barney.
The limited edition coloured sketch was unveiled on the opening night and given pride of place in the Town Hall Bar.
Ian trained at Leeds Art College.
IW2 – Yeadon Town Hall.
I drew the picture back in 2005, over a period of several months and had a print run of 300 made from it.
IW3 – Yeadon Town Hall.
The prints are A3 sized, in colour and I put them up for sale at £35 framed and £15 unframed and they still occasionally sell today.
IW4 – Yeadon Town Hall.
