Railway Station

Guiseley Station 1865.

Rectory 1601 – 1978

A group of men who were involved with St. Oswald’s Church Sunday School and also helped organise a village fair.

Retail Park

This view is behind Shires bathroom factory and is now the site of Guiseley Retail Park and the Bransdale estate.

Ruskin Crescent

Ruskin Crescent with the turning for Eliot Grove on the left, part of the Queensway Estate which was mostly built in the 1950s.

Saxon Wells

Properties built on the site of Wilson’s Silver Cross pram works, a builder’s notice indicates that the estate is to be called “Saxon Wells”.

Sconce Bank

Sconce Bank was located on Park Road, the front of the properties are seen here looking from Otley Road.

Shakespeare Road, Close & Court

Social housing for senior citizens, these bungalows are on Shakespeare Close which is located off Shakespeare Road, and on Shakespeare Road.
